Our founder
“I’m the heart of Elements by Nature.”
Handmade jewellery and natural crystals, founded by Daiane Korrosky.
“I started my journey at Spitalfields Market 14 years ago.”
Daiane made her first jewellery as a teenager. The market stall in London grew into a first shop at The Spires in High Barnet. Then one customer from St Albans told her how lovely it would be to have a shop like hers there: handmade jewellery with natural crystals.
“And I started to dream about it.”
“And now we are here, being part of this community at The Maltings shopping centre.”
Today you’ll find us in three places: the stall where it all began at Old Spitalfields Market, The Spires in High Barnet, and our St Albans shop at The Maltings. You can also shop with us online.
What the stones give you. Every piece answers a simple question: what does this stone give you? Peace, intuition, self-love, strength. One of our bestsellers, the Chakra Bangle, carries seven different gems to help balance body and mind.
How the pieces are made. Hand-carved in Bali, Indonesia, in abalone shell, mother of pearl and cow horn. Our exclusive collection is handmade in Brazil, in sterling silver 950 with natural gemstones.
Many pieces are bought as gifts; we love hearing the stories behind them, for friends, for family, and often for themselves.
A serene, earthy gem.
“If you love crystals, you should come to Elements by Nature.”
Common questions
Who founded Elements by Nature?
Elements by Nature was founded by Daiane Korrosky. She began selling her handmade jewellery at Old Spitalfields Market in London, opened her first shop at The Spires in High Barnet, and now also runs the Elements by Nature shop at The Maltings in St Albans.
Where is the jewellery made?
The hand-carved pieces are made in Bali, Indonesia, worked in abalone shell, mother of pearl and cow horn. The exclusive silver collection is handmade in Brazil in sterling silver 950, set with the highest quality coloured gemstones, many sourced in Brazil itself, one of the world’s great gemstone countries.
Are the gemstones ethically sourced?
Yes. Elements by Nature observes the highest ethical standards and insists its business partners do the same, and that extends to precious metal and gemstone sourcing. The brand’s three values are sustainable materials, ethical mining and fairtrade craftsmanship.
What do the crystals mean?
Each stone carries a traditional meaning, and every stone-set piece is chosen with intention. Amethyst brings peace. Rose quartz brings self-love. Moonstone brings intuition. Citrine brings happiness, and garnet brings passion. Ask us in the shop and we will help you choose a stone by what it gives you.
