All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched the following business day. Please be aware that any duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your order is a gift and you’d like to include a personal message, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’re delighted with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To start a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 business.

Once you’ve contacted us, please send the items back in their original packaging. After we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

You’re also welcome to bring your items to one of our stores for a return or exchange in person.

For exchanges, please email us with your preferred item, and we’ll reserve it for you if available. We’ll send the new item after receiving your original return, and if there’s a difference in price, we’ll adjust accordingly with a refund or additional charge as needed.
